dreams, batch 3

1. I’m flying over somewhere oceanic and maybe Nordic with my mom and sister. There are ships and craggy rocks below. We had just watched a movie where there was a scene where a window cracks open during a hurricane. Now it’s stormy. We’re flying low, almost at our destination, coming around a vista when we hit a patch of strong wind. The wind hits the plane as it’s arcing down, and it thrusts us into the ocean. There’s a big panic and I’m holding my mom and sister’s hand as we swim to the surface, and I’m saying I’m all right.

2. I was on a big boat or ship at night. It felt very Titanic-esque, but you might say, It wasn’t because there was no danger. Ok, so it also wasn’t a cruise ship like the Titanic because I was there for fishing. It was a fishing vessel, and it also smelled like medicines. The main similarity, then, was that I felt kind of wet all over. I was dressed in many different rubber clothes, standing on the deck, letting the ocean water run over me, back and forth until my uniform glazed over.

3. i was at a skinny bar counter after writing a paper and this girl who was in another class (something about the history of mesopotamia? no i’ve never taken a class like this) approached me and said we should skip our sit down final (in two hours) so i said okay and she said she wanted to go to the club but we needed to find outfits first so we ended up at a target with the HIGHEST CEILINGS EVER but very very dim it looked like the inside hollow of a tall crumbling cave and all of a sudden i couldn’t find her and this security officer was trying to chase me so all of a sudden i stumbled onto this SUPER TALL ESCALATOR with neon LED lights plaited against the railing and it was also hidden and curved behind the checkout counter and so i was running while the security officer was running behind me and he kept firing at me and i was so so so scared and wanted to cry and then at the very top of the escalator it was PITCH-BLACK and all of a sudden the MANAGER of target appeared right behind the officer and there was an ELEVATOR at the top of the escalator that thudded down to where i was standing so i got in and sealed the door shut and it whizzed me up and down up and down all the while i could hear bullets rattling against the frame and then it clanged open and i was like I HAVE A GUN and just shot the security officer five times and the bullets ripped from his chest into the manager who was right behind so both died and i was stunned

4. I was leaving the Met with someone I could not remember but had my coat checked and forgot that it existed when leaving. When I came back to get it the museum was closing and people were frantically running out as Baron Vladimir Harkonnen (very evil character in Dune) poured down stairs. I remember my coat was glittering and I felt very sad. Then I had to run out onto the streets and it was raining and I could not get an uber…
